Your child will be eligible for 15 hours of free childcare from the term after their third birthday, spread across 51 weeks (approximately 11 hours per week).
We also offer 30 hours of funding from the term after your child turns 9 months old for those eligible. If you believe you may be eligible, please speak to our receptionist, who will provide you with a funding form.
Yes - we offer a 5% discount to the older sibling's fees.
Yes— we charge a non-refundable £150 registration fee this gives you a place on our waiting list.
Your fees include childcare, meals within your sessions, all creative materials, nappies, wipes, and extracurricular activities (excluding offsite trips).
Yes — we provide nappies and wipes.
If you prefer a specific brand, you are welcome to bring your own.
We do not provide formula milk, as this is individual to each baby. Parents should supply the required amount for each day.
We offer ad hoc childcare, subject to availability. If there’s space on your requested date, we’ll be happy to accommodate your child.

Yes — we offer two free settling-in sessions to help your child transition smoothly:
• Visit 1 (2 hours): You and your child will spend time with their key person exploring the nursery environment.
• Visit 2 (2 hours): You’ll stay for the first 15–30 minutes, then your child will stay independently with their key person for the remainder.
If additional sessions are needed, these can be arranged at a chargeable rate.
Yes! Our nursery managers would love to show you around. Tours take place on Fridays.

Yes — if the nursery is full, we can add you to our waiting list.
We have CCTV (accessible only to senior staff), secure key fob entry, and all staff are safeguarding-trained and enhanced DBS-checked.
Unfortunately we don't allow parents to view the CCTV.

Our nursery manager and chef ensure every child receives a healthy, balanced diet.
